About the project
MOSAIC Centre of Vocational Excellence : Future-proofing VET in Arts and Crafts.
MOSAIC brings together 15 relevant EU and non-EU partners from 7 different countries, in order to foster Excellence in Vocational Education and Training (VET) within the Arts & Crafts sector. The project aims at ensuring high quality skills that lead to quality employment and career-long opportunities, which meet the needs of an innovative, inclusive and sustainable economy.
MOSAIC also brings together stakeholders in Education, Research and Business, which still too often function in silo. It focuses on three areas within the Arts & Crafts sector: Traditional & rare crafts, Precious metals & jewellery, Furniture & Wood and their relation with Design, Arts & Industry.

Results
Training courses for learners
focused on digitalisation, entrepreneurship, environmental sustainability and technical skills applied to Arts & Crafts; and training courses for teachers and staff focused on social inclusion, internationalisation, and digital tools applied to training/learning
