Building European Vocational Excellence through cooperation
As a Center of Vocational Excellence (CoVE) within Erasmus+, SEPR leads and contributes to large-scale projects, which bring together networks of training providers, industries, and research bodies across Europe.
These projects aim to create integrated excellence hubs that bridge education, innovation, and industry. They focus on developing cutting-edge skills, promoting sustainable and digital transitions, and strengthening the capacity of VET institutions to respond to economic and social challenges. V2V – VET to VET Capacity Building in Albania is a European project co-funded by the EU and led by Apro Formazione. The project supports the modernization, innovation, and internationalization of Albanian vocational education and training (VET) schools through twinning, coaching, and collaboration with European partners such as SEPR and EfVET.

SELFIE for WBL 2 helps vocational education institutions accelerate their digital transformation. Coordinated by SEPR, the project enhances digital skills, strengthens cooperation with companies, and provides tools and guidelines for VET schools to assess and improve their digital readiness using the SELFIE WBL methodology.
VET POWER
VET POWER, coordinated by SEPR, aims to enhance Vocational Education and Training (VET) in Africa’s electricity sector. The project strengthens links between VET and the labour market, promotes work-based learning, digital and green transitions, and boosts teachers’ and managers’ competences through international cooperation between Benin, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Spain, Italy, and France.
