Projects for Innovation

Adapting vocational training to tomorrow’s world

Innovation is at the heart of SEPR’s international strategy. Through Erasmus+ Key Action 2 projects, SEPR works with European partners to anticipate changes in professions and adapt training to the technical, digital, and ecological transformations shaping the labour market.

These collaborative projects aim to develop new pedagogical approaches, digital tools, and innovative curricula that prepare learners and trainers to face the challenges of an evolving professional landscape. By linking VET centres, companies, research institutions, and policymakers, SEPR contributes to building a dynamic ecosystem of innovation, ensuring that vocational education remains relevant, inclusive, and forward-looking.
