They also want professionals who are experts in their field to advise customers in the best possible way, with the general trend towards personalized coaching. There are also opportunities in niche markets such as organic, ethnic, slimming and anti-aging products and treatments.

Working under the direction of a spa manager, spa practitioners are the client’s point of contact from the moment he or she is welcomed to the completion of treatments. They ensure the customer’s well-being and is in charge of preparing the treatment area, taking into account ambient factors (smell, music, etc.) They also advise the customer on the purchase of products adapted to the customer’s needs.
